Experience

Ülkem was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in the Republic of Cyprus following completion of her legal training in 2018. Her early career focused on corporate and commercial law, including company formations, the preparation of corporate resolutions and the drafting and review of a wide range of commercial agreements. During this time, she gained substantial litigation experience, representing institutional clients including financial institutions and public authorities in various commercial disputes and in proceedings before the Supreme Court. Ülkem joined NMPLegal in 2024 where she practices primarily in litigation, with a strong focus on property-related disputes.
